Day 1: Arrival

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will meet your dedicated drive and representative and after a short briefing, you will be taken to your hotel to relax after your long flight.

Overnight stay at Arusha African Tulip Hotel.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive west on a good tarmac road which will take 2 hour drive, you will arrive in Mto Wa Mbu village where you will do your walking with your local guide from the area. The walk will take you through the rice fields, banana farms, Makonde carving, where you can get your ebony wood carving, and finish with a visit of a local beer brew. Your local lunch will be at Mto Wa Mbu. After lunch, drive to Manyara park for an afternoon game drive. There is a great sighting of hippos, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, blue monkeys, and baboons.

Later on, drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Lake Manyara kilima moja //marera valley

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Serengeti

After breakfast, you will take a picnic lunch with you and drive west across the gentle rolling Ngoro Ngoro highlands. En route, you pass zebras and wildebeests grazing with the Maasai cattle and young boys tending them, and Maasai villages (Bomas).

You will stop at Oldupai Gorge, a site of many archaeological discoveries including the estimated 1.7- million-year-old Zinjanthropus boisei fossil. A small museum overlooks the gorge itself and a guide there will tell you the story of the Leakey’s research and findings. Afterward, proceed to Serengeti and stop at the Nabi gate for picnic lunch.

In the afternoon, you will be doing your wildlife viewing in the central Serengeti with great sighting of lions, hippos, giraffes, leopards, reedbucks, and elephants.

Dinner and overnight will be at Serengeti heritage Tented Camp.//oleserai turner spring

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, you will have a short morning drive in the outer part of central Serengeti trying to look for more cats and hunting predators before crossing to the Ngoro Ngoro and visit a Maasai village to enjoy the living culture since most of the other cultures are dead or dying. Apart from their culture, you will visit a kindergarten and if you have any school supplies, it’s the right place to give them.

Dinner and overnight will be at Rhino Lodge//lions paw lodge

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After an early breakfast, leave the lodge and descend down to the eighth wonder with possibly the largest permanent concentration of wildlife in Africa, with an estimated average of 30,000 large mammals. In addition, this is one of the best reserves in Africa to see black rhinos. Other sightings include lions, hyenas, jackals, hippos, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, and wildebeests. After lunch, drive back to Arusha. Once arrived in Arusha, it will depend on your flight schedule you will be transferred at Airport (JRO) or you will spend another night in Arusha. As per your request and plan. End of tour.
